Live Roulette Prize puts you at a real dealer table where every spin is streamed live and every bet type is laid out clearly on screen — no guesswork, no hidden steps.
Live Roulette Prize is a live dealer roulette variant available in the live casino section of the www12 lobby. A real croupier spins a physical wheel on camera, and your bets are placed through the on-screen betting grid before each round closes.
Each round of Live Roulette Prize follows a fixed sequence: the dealer announces betting open, you place chips on the grid, the wheel spins, and the result is confirmed on screen.
Each round opens with a countdown timer showing how long betting remains open. The dealer spins once betting closes, and the winning number is highlighted on your grid. Results are recorded in your session history within the game interface.
On top of standard roulette payouts, Live Roulette Prize includes a prize mechanic that activates on qualifying outcomes. The conditions for triggering this layer and how the prize distributes are documented in the in-game rules panel — check there before your session.
Inside bets cover straight, split, street, corner and line positions. Outside bets cover red or black, odd or even, and dozen or column groupings. Both sets are visible on the same grid layout, and hover or tap reveals the payout ratio for each.
On a phone screen the grid is touch-optimised — tap a position to place a chip and tap again to add more. The chip selector row stays fixed at the bottom so you can switch denomination mid-round without losing your placed bets.
Live Roulette Prize displays its rules and payout table inside the game itself, accessible via the information icon in the game interface.
RTP for Live Roulette Prize is only shown where the game itself exposes it — look inside the information panel in the live game interface. We do not publish a figure here that we cannot verify from the game directly.
Minimum and maximum bet limits per position are set by the live table and are visible on the betting grid before you place. These limits may vary by table variant — confirm the current limits in the game interface before each session.
Live Roulette Prize runs in a standard mobile browser on Android or iOS without a separate app download. Open the www12 site, log in, navigate to the live casino section and select the table to launch the stream directly.
Recent winning numbers are shown in the results strip within the live game screen. Your bet and payout history for the session is viewable in the session log, and your deposit and withdrawal record appears in the account wallet section.
If you run into an issue during a Live Roulette Prize session — a dropped stream, a bet not registering, or a question about the prize mechanic — the fastest path is through the support channels published on the www12 site.
The live chat icon is visible on the www12 site when support is available. Use it to report stream issues or unresolved bet queries — share the round time and your account ID so the team can pull the session log quickly.
Before raising a support request for a prize mechanic question, open the information icon inside Live Roulette Prize. The rules panel covers bet types, prize triggers and payout structure — it answers most questions without needing to contact the team.
Every settled round that results in a payout posts to your account wallet. If you believe a payout was missed, check the wallet transaction list first and note the timestamp and round reference before contacting support via live chat.
We point you to what is verifiable inside the game and your account rather than making claims we cannot back.
The rules panel inside Live Roulette Prize is the source of record for bet limits, payout ratios and prize-layer conditions. We do not summarise rules here that might differ from what the live table currently shows — always check inside the game.
Every deposit and payout connected to a Live Roulette Prize round appears in your account wallet transaction list with a timestamp. This record is available in your account settings and is the reference point for any support query about a specific round.
From the www12 home screen, tap the live casino category in the main menu. Live Roulette Prize is listed within that section. No account needed to browse the lobby, but you must be logged in to open the table and place bets.
We publish only the support channels shown on the www12 site — live chat is the primary route. We do not advertise response times we cannot consistently confirm, and we do not list channels that are not visibly active on the site.
A quick reference for the terms you will see inside Live Roulette Prize — what each one means before you place your first chip.
An inside bet is placed on one or more specific numbers on the roulette grid. Types include straight (one number), split (two adjacent numbers) and street (three numbers in a row). Inside bets carry higher payout ratios with lower probability of winning.
An outside bet covers a broad group of numbers — red or black, odd or even, or a column or dozen. These bets have a higher probability of a winning result but lower payout ratios compared to inside bets on the same table.
The prize layer is an additional payout mechanic placed on top of standard roulette payouts. It activates when specific qualifying outcomes occur during a round. The exact trigger conditions are described in the in-game rules panel.
A croupier is the live dealer who operates the physical roulette wheel and announces results in a live game stream. In Live Roulette Prize, the croupier manages each round in real time while you place bets through the on-screen grid.
Chip denomination is the value assigned to each chip you place on the betting grid. In Live Roulette Prize, you select your denomination from the chip selector row at the bottom of the screen before tapping a position to place a bet.
The betting grid is the numbered layout on screen where you tap to position your chips before each spin. It maps directly to the physical wheel numbers and contains both inside bet positions and outside bet zones along the edges.

Bet limits are set by the live table and displayed on the betting grid before you place. Minimum and maximum per position can vary between table variants. Check the current limits shown inside the game interface at the start of each session rather than relying on a fixed figure.
